Job summary

A leading global technology services company is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant or Business Analyst in Singapore. This role focuses on leading solution implementation projects for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with technology workflows, and fostering strong client relationships. Candidates should have substantial experience in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Relevant ServiceNow certifications and public sector experience in Singapore are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience as a technical consultant or business analyst for ServiceNow.
  • Fluency in English and great communication skills.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead solution implementation projects;
  • Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation;
  • Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance;
  • Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivers;
  • Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content;
  • Audit existing client’s implementation and recommend enhancement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT or Customer support organizations;
  • 3 years’ experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow with a focus on Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM);
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 1 CIS certification
  • Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies;
  • 1+ years’ experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices;
  • Fluency in English (must-have)
  • Availability to travel within ASEAN.
  • Articulate, effective communication skills;
  • Result-driven and customer-centric;
  • Able to inspire customer confidence through professional presence, self-confidence;
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several accounts simultaneously;
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, consult and growing of the business;
  • Positive attitude when solving business and/or technical problems;

  • Singapore Public sector experience will be advantageous
