Job Summary: Seeking a senior ServiceNow IRM Expert to lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful delivery. This role requires hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules and strong technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Issues Management.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and customize IRM workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
• Integrate IRM processes with CMDB, Security Operations, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices on ServiceNow platform usage.
• Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, SOPs, and training materials.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Lead system testing, user training, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination and delivery.

Qualifications

• Years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with specializing in IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT, SOX, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience in designing and implementing IRM workflows, data models, and assessments.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, UI Policies, Business Rules).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third‑party systems and data sources.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end implementation projects including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
