Overview

Job Title: Service Technician (ID3547)

Location: Boon lay

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary up to: $3300-$3600

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines, brewers, grinders, and other supportive equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to address technical problems and find solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Service the in-house equipment as soon as it is back in the office.
• Upkeep of all the in-house equipment, spare parts inventory and technical warehouse.
• Support the Technical Department in improvement initiatives and projects.
• Direct communication with external partners & customers.
• Daily cooperation with other sub-departments such as Sales, Trade Assets, Spare Parts, WH, etc.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence related to technical inquiries or customer support.

Qualifications

• Technical Certificate / Nitec / ITE or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician for equipment.
• Technical experience in coffee machines will be considered a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving License / Motorbike is a must.
