Job description

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly decision makers, while keeping updated on potential new projects or upgrades to existing entrances
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies, including compliance with local regulations, to propose new accessories for automated entrances
• Drive penetration into the third-party entrance market by developing strategies to convert competitor equipment to company solutions
• Manage and negotiate secured contracts, ensuring terms are fair and balanced
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions
• Consistently achieve allocated sales targets and financial objectives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business disciplines (technical background preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present ideas factually and logically with confidence
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of independent learning
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify potential hazards in both company and third-party products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
