Qualifications

  • At least a professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact point for customer enquiries and complaints via phone or email.
  • Process quotations, ITQ/RFQ and supporting documents for submission.
  • Prepare and process sales orders and service jobs in the SAP system.
