Job summary

A top single-family office in Singapore is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of their luxury residential properties. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years in hospitality, demonstrating strong communication skills, and the ability to manage guest services effectively. This role requires engagement with English and Mandarin-speaking residents, as well as possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. Responsibilities include managing service interactions, vendor oversight, and fulfilling resident needs.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in hospitality as Front Office Manager or Guest Services Manager.
  • Must engage effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Our client, a top single-family office owns and manages several high-end residential estates and properties across Singapore. We are assisting our client in recruiting an experienced Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery across the company's portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated service liaison for all estate guests and residents.
  • Implement and maintain Five-Star Hotel Front Office standards for all service interactions.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest/resident needs promptly and accurately, ensuring a highly personalized service experience (e.g., managing private transportation, dining reservations, and personal errands).
  • Oversee and manage external vendors, including cleaning services, landscaping, security, and maintenance contractors.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in hospitality, especially in a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Guest Services Manager role within a high-end 4 or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, as the role requires some driving.
  • Proven ability to manage complex guest service situations with tact and professionalism.
