Responsibilities
- Focus on customer support, commissioning, and service for the assigned by client
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Perform workshop tests and technical preparations, ensuring proper preparation, execution, and meeting performance standards at all times.
- Generate service reports, update drawings, maintain the cable information database, and manage other relevant documentation.
- Provide remote guidance and product support to customers, as well as backend support to the service team.
- Assist the sales department with technical issues and handle pre- and post-work administrative tasks.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience on ship Navigation system
- Relevant working experience in maritime industry is preferred
- Must have excellent co-operative skills, good communication skills, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Meticulous & methodical approach to remote case handling.
- Service minded with passion and patience for handling customers
- On-board system process knowledge, experience with Bridge systems
