Job description
Responsibilities


  • Focus on customer support, commissioning, and service for the assigned by client

  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Perform workshop tests and technical preparations, ensuring proper preparation, execution, and meeting performance standards at all times.

  • Generate service reports, update drawings, maintain the cable information database, and manage other relevant documentation.

  • Provide remote guidance and product support to customers, as well as backend support to the service team.

  • Assist the sales department with technical issues and handle pre- and post-work administrative tasks.

  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience on ship Navigation system

  • Relevant working experience in maritime industry is preferred

  • Must have excellent co-operative skills, good communication skills, result-oriented and self-motivated

  • Meticulous & methodical approach to remote case handling.

  • Service minded with passion and patience for handling customers

  • On-board system process knowledge, experience with Bridge systems
