Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site service calls.
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt, effective resolutions to technical issues.
• Manage dissatisfied customers by delivering professional and timely solutions for product/service concerns.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing, and commissioning.
• Verify and process payment to sub-contractors.
• Support department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses.
• Update service information systems and ensure all paperwork is completed diligently, accurately, and on time for smooth operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair of commercial water and air-cooled chillers.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
