A leading testing and measurement company in Singapore is looking for a Service Engineer. In this role, you will install and commission equipment, provide technical support, and conduct maintenance on testing devices. Applicants should hold a Higher Nitec in a relevant field and possess strong problem-solving skills. • Position Title: Service Engineer
• Working Location: Ayer Rajah (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Thu (8.30AM-6PM); Fri (8.30AM-5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment, ensuring it is correctly installed and operational, while training customers to understand its functions and safety features.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance, calibration, modifications, and software updates on testing and inspection devices to maintain peak performance.
• Diagnose and fix issues in complex systems promptly, addressing electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and software problems.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
• Perform on-site testing of equipment to confirm systems meet customer requirements.
• Minimize system downtime by providing quick and effective solutions to any client system issues.
• Maintain tools, testing apparatus, and facilities.
• Compile comprehensive service reports, maintenance logs, and installation documentation for each service task.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to address customer demands and participate in project planning.
