Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and organized Service Delivery Executive to provide operational and administrative support to our IT department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating with multiple stakeholders and is meticulous with documentation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the IT team including meeting scheduling, internal coordination, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate and track IT service requests and incident reports to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Prepare and consolidate regular reports (weekly/monthly) for management review.
  • Support small-group training sessions for internal users (e.g., Service Request Readiness).
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory including tagging and recordkeeping.
  • Liaise with vendors, internal requesters, finance and suppliers to resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices.
  • Analyze and review incident/request data periodically to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate hardware/software procurement from sourcing and quotation comparison to negotiation and purchase tracking.
  • Support compliance with IT documentation standards including license, warranty and software records.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing SOPs and workflows to improve service efficiency.
Requirements
