• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Order Processing: Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized showcase display to appeal to customers.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Payment Processing: Handling and processing payment transactions accurately.
• Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Upselling and Promotion: Recommending additional items or promotions to enhance the customer experience, upselling to increase revenue.

Requirements

• Good command of English (written and spoken) & communication skills.
