Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations activities (hands‑on) such as cashiering, kitchen duties, and tea making.
• Opening and closing of outlet.
• Attend to walk‑in customers promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas and outlet.
• Assist in stock take and maintenance of retail products.
• Provide customer service and handle delivery orders.
• Other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• No experience required as on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Friendly, approachable personality and good personal hygiene.
• Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
• Excellent and positive service attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days per week, on rotating shifts.
• Independent and able to multi‑task.
• Able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage.
