• Act as the main contact point for customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair needs
• Record vehicle problems accurately and clearly
• Recommend maintenance/repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer’s guidelines
• Collaborate with technicians to prepare service estimates
• Update customers on repair progress and timelines
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of parts
• Provide clear explanation of completed work and final costs
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Suggest value-added services where applicable
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Occasionally cover other outlets in East/North zone when Service Advisors/Managers are on leave or MC

Requirements

• Singaporean with valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)
• Nitec or Diploma in Automotive Engineering/Technology
• IT savvy – proficient in MS Office
