We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President with strong commercial acumen and deep hands-on client leadership experience to own and lead on Zeno's most significant global technology clients. This is a career-defining role for a senior operator who thrives on stewardship of a single high-value, high-visibility client relationship. The role is based in Singapore (or for candidates willing to relocate).
Reporting directly to Zeno Singapore’s Managing Director, you will serve as strategic lead and primary point of accountability for our partnership with this marquee global brand. You will oversee all workstreams, market teams (currently SG, HK, India & ANZ), and disciplines tied to this client, ensuring excellence across earned, corporate reputation, brand narrative, employee engagement, executive thought leadership and product communications.
This is a key client leadership role where your focus will be to elevate the partnership, strengthen the client’s communications impact, and drive consistently high-quality delivery from a multi-market, cross-functional team. You will excel at providing clear value-added counsel that helps build strong and trusted relationships with clients and other senior stakeholders, and in the process help to forge a true partnership model between your team and client.
