Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Test Automation within banking/financial services.
• Proven expertise with Selenium, Java, Cucumber/BDD, TestNG, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in automation of Temenos Transact (T24), TAFJ, TAFEE or equivalent core banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy, planning, and delivery across Temenos and other banking platforms.
• Design and customize automation frameworks for complex banking workflows and regression suites.
• Oversee requirement analysis, proof-of-concepts (POCs), effort estimation, and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore technical and business stakeholders to define automation scope.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate test execution metrics and progress reports for management and clients.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation analysts within the team.
• Ensure delivery excellence and alignment with project timelines, cost, and quality goals.
