Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in pre-contracts/tendering/estimating for building projects in Singapore.
• Strong exposure to PSSCOC and public sector tenders.
• Proven track record leading complex bids > S$30M.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering activities for building projects.
• Develop bid strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Manage subcontractor vetting and negotiate best values.
