Job summary

A high-technology company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer to support the Production Manager in executing technological process initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably low volume, high mix. Responsibilities include leading investigations during technical events, supporting new product introduction, and developing new capabilities. Candidates with strong knowledge of LEAN practices and supplier qualification processes will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience preferably in a low volume, high mix environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Production Manager in executing initiatives.
• Lead in technical expertise related to Electro-Mechanical and Special Processes.
• New processes and capabilities development and qualification.
