• Oversee all plumbing installation, sanitary works, and related site activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per design, drawings, and project specifications.
• Review and Execute Drawings
• Understand plumbing drawings, design layouts, and execute work accordingly.
• Support the engineer with drawing clarification and quality checks.
• Above-Ground Plumbing Works
• Manage above-ground piping works, including installation, alignment, support, and finishing.
• Underground Works (IC, MH, Leveling)
• Supervise underground works such as Inspection Chambers (IC), Manholes (MH), leveling, and installation.
• Ensure all underground plumbing work is accurately executed as per plans.
• Site Execution & Coordination
• Provide technical support to masons and site workers.
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and work teams to maintain workflow.
• Preparation & Meetings
• Attend site meetings, discuss progress, and update supervisors or engineers.
• Prepare daily work plans and guide workers during execution.
• Material & Payment Coordination
• Check and confirm materials required for plumbing works.
• Coordinate with office/engineers for material requests and payment collection of subcontractors (if needed).
