Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support with focus on enterprise-grade IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Ubuntu and Windows Server.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, including disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for Ubuntu, KVM, and Windows Server.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and container environments.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of Openstack and CEPH Storage.
