A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive talent acquisition across Southeast Asia. You will lead recruitment projects, collaborate with hiring managers, and build strong candidate pipelines to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate has experience in sourcing candidates, building relationships, and navigating complex recruitment landscapes.
Ready to lead the talent revolution? As our next Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be the mastermind behind sourcing top talent and building stellar teams across Southeast Asia, where we currently have several offices.
You’ll be responsible for working with five countries with multiple teams and hiring managers supporting their growth as the business grows its current business and expands into new markets and specialties.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy, driving high-impact projects, and delivering innovative talent acquisition campaigns that fuel that growth. Your expertise in navigating complex recruitment landscapes will make a lasting impact on our global teams, supporting our continued expansion in the Asia-Pacific region!
To support this you will need to be building strong candidate pipelines across the region, identifying the high potential talent and top performers within our competitors and the wider market and building our company brand to support our talent acquisition goals.
Lead the Charge: Spearhead recruitment projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia, driving talent acquisition with energy and flair.
Team Builder: Collaborate with hiring managers to assemble high-performing teams, helping our organization grow and succeed.
Creative Ads: Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract top candidates through the best channels.
Sourcing Pro: Source, screen, and identify the perfect candidates for a variety of roles across different sectors.
Collaborative Partner: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and department leaders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Efficient Connector: Deliver shortlisted candidates and feedback to line managers on time to keep recruitment processes moving smoothly.
Interview Organizer: Coordinate interviews, prepping candidates to ensure they shine in their meetings.
Feedback Guru: Collect and communicate feedback from line managers to improve hiring decisions.
Negotiation Specialist: Be the go-to contact for salary negotiations and offer discussions.
Assessment Center Organizer: Help set up and manage assessment centers to evaluate recruitment professionals.
