Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in systems engineering with escalation responsibilities.
• Certifications preferred: VMware VCP, Azure/AWS Associate/Architect, Veeam VMCE, Ansible automation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex L3/4 incidents across systems, virtualization, cloud and security.
• Work with automation teams to optimize effort and implement automation solutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis and lead technical escalations.
• Coach L1–L3 engineers and ensure high-quality operational execution.
• Support cross-domain operations (VMware, cloud, backups, identity tools).
