A leading organisation in the dental med device & solutions sector is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to champion operational excellence across Southeast Asia, Australia, and India. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape integrated business planning, forecasting, and inventory management for a business with regional annual sales of approximately USD $100M. Reporting directly to the Finance Director for Asia and functionally to the Chief Supply Chain Officer at group level, you will be at the heart of strategic decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work closely with regional teams and global supply chain colleagues, ensuring compliance, optimising processes, and supporting a mission dedicated to delivering high‑quality products. The organisation values integrity, partnership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Shape the future of supply chain operations across Southeast Asia, Australia, and India by driving integrated business planning and process optimisation in a supportive environment.
  • Enjoy direct influence on strategic decisions as you report to senior leadership and collaborate with global teams, fostering your professional growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Benefit from flexible working opportunities, ongoing training initiatives, and the chance to contribute to an organisation renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and employee wellbeing.
What you’ll do:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how supply chain excellence is achieved across multiple countries. Your day-to‑day responsibilities will involve building strong partnerships with cross‑functional teams – ensuring seamless integration of business planning processes while mentoring your regional team towards shared goals. You will be instrumental in driving improvements in forecasting accuracy by collaborating with commercial functions and adapting strategies for diverse markets. By optimising ERP systems and overseeing replenishment planning through the Global HUB, you will help maintain efficient inventory levels while supporting local teams in India and Australia/New Zealand. Managing third‑party logistics providers will require your attention to detail as you balance cost efficiency with service quality.

  • Act as the primary representative for all supply chain functions within the region, advocating for best practices while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regulatory teams on both internal and customer‑facing topics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional supply chain team through effective guidance and support, ensuring alignment with organisational values and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process in close coordination with global counterparts, consolidating subregional efforts into a unified regional strategy.
  • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy by implementing robust processes alongside Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams that respect the unique characteristics of each subregion.
  • Optimise planning performance by leveraging ERP platforms such as MS Dynamics/Business Central; continuously enhance system setups to improve key metrics like On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery and stock levels.
  • Serve as Business Process Expert (BPE) for ERP development projects, managing interfaces between regional systems and SAP used globally.
  • Oversee monthly replenishment planning and purchasing activities via the Global HUB for Southeast Asia while providing expert support to India and Australia/New Zealand regions in refining their operational processes.
  • Directly manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers at the Regional Hub in Singapore to ensure optimal service delivery at reasonable costs.
  • Support logistics‑related matters impacting customers by offering timely solutions that enhance satisfaction across all touchpoints.
What you bring:

To succeed as Supply Chain Manager, your background should reflect substantial experience managing end‑to‑end supply chain functions within complex organisations – ideally those operating in healthcare or FMCG sectors. Your technical proficiency with ERP platforms such as MS Dynamics/Business Central or SAP will allow you to optimise planning processes efficiently. You bring not only analytical acumen but also outstanding interpersonal skills that foster trust‑based relationships across departments. A history of mentoring others highlights your dedication to developing talent within your team.

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field is required for this position.
  • At least 10 years of hands‑on experience across IBP, forecasting, planning, distribution or manufacturing – preferably within healthcare or FMCG environments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills are essential; you must be able to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (especially MS Business Central! and SAP) as well as advanced MS Office skills (notably Excel) are necessary for success.
  • Excellent communication abilities are vital for effective stakeholder management across diverse business functions.
  • A proven track record of supporting various departments while driving alignment towards common objectives is highly valued.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting regional teams demonstrates your commitment to nurturing talent.
