Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced supply chain project manager to lead regional trade compliance and regulatory functions. The successful candidate will analyze SCM data for insights and create performance dashboards. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the Hi-Tech industry, and be proficient in BI tools, ERP systems such as SAP, and Microsoft Office. Excellent analytical and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in supply chain project management and operations, preferably in Hi-Tech.
• Strong knowledge of trade regulations and compliance.
• Experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional trade compliance and regulatory functions (including STC and FTA)
• Analyze and maintain SCM data to provide actionable insights
• Create dashboards and reports using BI tools for performance visibility
• Manage and deliver SCM-related projects on time and within scope
• Drive continuous improvements through data analysis and trends
• Conduct internal compliance training and facilitate audits
• Partner with regional teams to uphold internal control policies
• Strong knowledge of trade regulations and compliance

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with BI tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• 3–5 years in supply chain project management and operations (Hi-Tech industry preferred)
• Proactive team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
