Job description

Responsibilities

• Act as a core quality representative for NPI and project transfers, ensuring smooth transition from internal manufacturing to contract manufacturers.
• Lead APQP / PPAP activities with suppliers to ensure quality readiness and compliance before production ramp-up.
• Drive resolution of supplier, production, and customer quality issues using structured methodologies such as 8D, including SCAR issuance, follow-up, and effectiveness tracking.
• Partner with cross‑functional and global teams (design, supply chain, production, customer support, and regional teams) to meet quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain quality risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards.
• Support and participate in supplier audits, on‑site quality activities, and training as required.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across external manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• Certification ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Internal Auditor, CQA, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is preferred.
• Willing and able to travel frequently and work on‑site at supplier locations.
• Experience in international project transfer or overseas supplier management is a plus.
