Job Scope

• Support the Superintendent in managing the Welfare Home, ensuring full compliance with the Destitute Persons Act and all associated Rules and Regulations.
• Oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all healthcare services to residents. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Service Standards, and directives from relevant authorities.
• Implement and manage both preventive and curative medical services for residents as directed by attending physicians.
• Adhere to SOP and infection control

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Min 4 years of supervisory experience
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Working Hours : 9 hours shift (Mon to Fri), required to work on PH
