Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to patients who would be undergoing surgery in the Ambulatory Surgery setting.
Perform interventions necessary for patient’s procedures and administer medication(s) correctly.
Assess patient’s care plan and provide education such as medication management, pain management, wound management, and expected responses to the patient or designated support person.
Transfer care as appropriate.
Collaborate with other disciplines and departments for patient’s care plan and document nursing care.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
Trained in BCLS + AED / CPR + AED.
Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
Good team player.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shift.
