Goal of Position

The incumbent is responsible for leading regional content strategy and newsroom management to ensure consistent internal and external communications and driving implementation of the One Voice policy and support strategic communication initiatives across sub-regions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage regional content planning, maintaining a centralized editorial calendar in collaboration with functions, divisions, and other relevant teams, ensuring alignment with the strategic communications and messaging framework.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and production of external-facing corporate materials, such as company fact sheets, key messaging documents, and newsroom content, tailored for various channels.
  • Support the implementation of the strategic communications and messaging framework across the region by incorporating sub-regional priorities through a communications policy framework.
  • Assist in executive and leadership communications to ensure consistency of messaging.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and pitches to targeted media outlets.Serve as a secondary point of contact for media inquiries.
  • Utilize monitoring and analytics tools to track content performance, generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of total experience in media, marketing, corporate communications, PR, or advertising.
  • B2B industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in in copywriting, journalism, or content writing within media/publishing/agency environments and planning and executing communications/marketing projects and events.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of local/regional teams.
  • Proficient in MicroSoft Office and comfortable using AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with creative tools for video and photo, and media monitoring platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Zoho).
