Job summary

A leading enterprise in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a customer service role. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining vendor approval lists, generating sales and purchase orders, and ensuring documentation aligns with ISO standards. Candidates should possess a Degree/Diploma and have strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. The role involves working from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Update Procurement and Sales Support status report.
• Filing and documentation according to ISO Standards.
• Record Minutes of Meeting.
• Cover duties for Sales Support team.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
