Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications.
• Integrate ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Asset Management modules.
• Configure workflows, forms, and automation rules.
• Resolve quality issues in ITSM, ITOM, and Asset processes.
• Conduct development and unit testing for defect‑free delivery.
• Deploy applications to UAT and production.
• Support annual platform upgrades and current implementation.
• Perform regular system health and performance checks.
• Apply best practices across service and asset management.
• Perform all ServiceNow‑related tasks as directed by manager.

Skills

Deep understanding of SOLID principles

Skills in WMI, SNMP, and SSH

Proficient in AJAX and asynchronous methods

Experience with software architecture patterns
