Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage service operations within the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry.
- Oversee the day-to-day service operations, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Manage a team of technicians and ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the service team and customers.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in ACMV/HVAC systems.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations within the ACMV/HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and equipment.
- Experience in managing a team of technicians.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license.
