Qualifications

• At least 6 years of hands-on SAP HCM implementation or support experience as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong practical knowledge of Payroll and/or Time Management configuration.
• Solid understanding of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF SDL SHG IRAS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP HCM change requests and enhancements.
• Provide expert functional support across SAP HCM modules.
• Collaborate with business and HR teams for process optimization.
