Responsibilities

• Co-led the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions based on requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs.
• Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce APIs with 3rd party systems.
• Hands-on configuration in administration setup.
• Provide level 3 support on incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Develop & maintain documentation on specifications and design.
