A digital transformation company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead sales operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will manage CRM strategies, the bid management process, and develop the sales operations team. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 7 years in sales operations, and strong leadership skills. Candidates with experience in Salesforce and bid management are preferred. The Senior Sales Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for end-to-end sales operations, driving process optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales performance and revenue growth. He/she will also need to manage and oversee the bid management process, ensuring competitive, compliant, and high-quality proposals that align with business goals.
