Job summary

A multinational organization in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and lead sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, and must have experience with B2B sales. Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead short- to mid-term product- and channel-specific sales strategies in Singapore based on HQ targets
  • Manage gross profit, including sales-related expenses such as rebates, promotional budgets, and event costs
  • Lead negotiations and build partnerships with major retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms in Singapore
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities (both digital and offline)
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including product profitability, channel expansion, and promotional ROI
  • Manage and develop a small- to mid-sized sales team
  • Work closely with HQ Sales and Overseas Business teams
  • Be actively involved in field activities and contribute to local value creation through market insights
Qualifications
  • Possess minimum 5 years of sales management experience and preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or IT peripherals)
  • Experience with B2B sales / Chanel sales is a must
