Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local banks in Singapore, driving deeper and broader cooperation;
  • Engage with key project decision‑makers at client organisations and establish long‑term, trusted partnerships;
  • Accurately capture client needs and communicate the them effectively to internal pre‑sales and product teams, ensuring alignment and execution;
  • Leverage understanding of client business and strategy to assess project progress and priorities, mobilising pre‑sales and delivery resources to support project success;
  • Monitor industry trends and client developments, providing valuable insights to support business expansion in the financial sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client development and relationship management within the financial industry; prior experience with banking clients is a strong plus;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships;
  • Analytical mindset with solid skills in requirement analysis and cross‑team collaboration;
  • Technical background or understanding of financial technology is a plus;
