The Opportunity

We are seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to oversee a high-value portfolio of strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Growth: Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of global strategic partners, including consortia, high-end travel networks, and third-party intermediaries.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual sales plans that focus on high-yield, discretionary travel segments to maximize ADR (Average Daily Rate).

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers, conducting regular business reviews and educational presentations.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor global travel trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue streams within the lifestyle and experiential travel space.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to ensure pricing strategies align with market demand and brand positioning.

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in the upscale hotel industry.

  • Network: A proven track record of managing indirect sales channels and a strong existing network of premium travel partners.

  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to articulate a value proposition to sophisticated stakeholders.

  • Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of "lifestyle" versus "transactional" sales.
