About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead, mentor, and grow our sales design team. This role combines leadership, sales management, and design expertise to drive revenue, inspire high performance, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Interior Sales Designers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Drive team productivity by implementing effective sales strategies and workflow processes.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

Sales & Business Development

  • Oversee and support sales activities, ensuring the team meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales objectives.
  • Assist in client negotiations, closing deals, and managing key accounts when needed.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to expanding the company’s client base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Design & Project Oversight

  • Provide guidance to team members on design proposals, presentations, and space planning.
  • Ensure design quality and proposals meet company's standards and client expectations.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Manage team scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, incentives, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in interior design sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Candidates who can build his/her own team through his/her own network advantage (with generous incentives given).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
