Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to lead office brokerage activities and provide consultative sales support. Ideal candidates will hold a valid Real Estate Salesperson certificate and have at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage office brokerage activities from lead generation to closing (inquiries, viewings, proposals, negotiations).
  • Provide consultative sales support to companies and sole proprietors considering office relocation or new office setup, proposing suitable office solutions.
  • Drive the development of new markets and expansion of existing markets, including outreach to new clients and partners.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with developers, building owners, and serviced‑office operators.
  • Support, mentor, and guide junior sales members (e.g. sharing know-how, joint visits, deal reviews).
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline management, and reporting together with management.
Job Requirements
  • Valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certificate and current CEA registration (Council for Estate Agencies, Singapore).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in commercial real estate or related services.
  • Strong motivation to engage in sales, with high comfort in new business development and proactive outreach.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and act as a role model for junior sales staff.
  • 3–5 years or more of relevant sales experience in office leasing / commercial real estate in Singapore.
