The ideal candidate will drive sales in the Semiconductor and Electronics sectors while maintaining client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues. This role involves conducting market analysis and developing strategic sales initiatives throughout Southeast Asia. Candidates should hold a degree in Business or Engineering and possess 3-5 years of B2B sales experience. Strong interpersonal and sales-driven skills are essential for success in this position.
As a member of the Electronics Business Division, your primary responsibilities will include sales planning and execution for key customers, with a focus on maintaining and expanding client relationships. This role will involve understanding and addressing customer challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
The client is one of the largest global glass manufacturing providers based in Japan. The company operates across the Asia-Pacific region and is involved in various businesses related to glass, chemicals, energy, and electronics.
The Electronics Division has been successfully growing its presence in the Semiconductor and Electronics sectors, while also expanding into new industries such as architecture, food, and textiles. The division is further extending its reach across Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia.
The ideal candidate will leverage their experience and creativity to develop impactful proposals for existing clients and drive new business opportunities. Additionally, they will mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance on various tasks and supporting their professional growth within the company.
