Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and channel profitability through strong relationship management and strategic account planning. This role requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Sales Target Achievement: Drive the achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets while ensuring healthy sell-out performance and optimal channel inventory.
- Business Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key business accounts, founded on mutual trust, transparency, and integrity.
- Strategic Account Planning: Lead joint business planning sessions with partners to identify business opportunities, address gaps, and develop actionable growth strategies.
- Sales Execution & Deal Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end sales and implementation process to ensure smooth and successful delivery of deals.
- Promotional Campaigns & Trade Marketing: Collaborate with product managers and business partners to plan and execute promotional activities, optimize trade spend, and maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Conduct weekly tracking and performance analysis of key accounts and stores to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Retail Excellence: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure strong in-store visibility, superior merchandising, and effective field force management.
- Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing communications teams to support partners’ marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
- Forecasting & Supply Chain Alignment: Hold regular alignment meetings with the supply chain team to maintain accurate sell-in/sell-out forecasts, prevent stockouts, and manage overstock.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely management of account receivables and payables.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Tackle diverse challenges with sound analytical judgment, identifying effective solutions that support business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record in account management and sales performance achievement.
- B2C sales experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a growth-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in sales reporting and performance tracking tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
