Job summary

A multinational corporation is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Decontamination Systems targeting semiconductor customers. This role involves customer support, preparing quotes, and conducting presentations. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, and strong networking and interpersonal skills. A preference for candidates with semiconductor experience exists. This position offers opportunities to travel in the ASEAN/APAC regions.

Qualifications

  • Must have semiconductor experience.
  • Possess a Class 3 license is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer support on the technical aspects to customers.
  • Provide the information on the products, prices, and prepare the quotations as per customer specs.
  • Prepare on tender, lead a presentation, and demonstration on the equipment.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by establishing a good rapport and trust with customers.
  • Seek out new business opportunities as per sales plan, as well as plan the sales quota (monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis)
  • Ability to work independently with product team to formulate proposal & solution to meet customers requirement.
  • Liaise with customers from ASEAN, APAC regions.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing equipment sales & marketing.
  • Must have semiconductor experiences.
  • Possess excellent networking and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Independent player and strong team player with integrity/commitment.
  • Able to travel to ASEAN / APAC regions.
  • Possess a Class 3 license is preferred.
