A leading building management firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Service Sales Manager. You will develop and implement sales strategies, engage with clients, and collaborate with teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has solid B2B sales experience, particularly in building automation or related services. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building automation, M&E services, or retrofit projects.
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Work closely with the Service Maintenance and Retrofit Projects teams.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
