We are an AI-driven company revolutionising deliveries and last mile logistics. Our leading-edge technologies provides workflow automation and optimises routes for smarter, faster, and more reliable operations.

We’re hiring our first Sales Development Rep (SDR) to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing and growing client relationships. Your initial core responsibility will be generating and qualifying leads. However, you will get opportunities to close deals on your own and quick career progression based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients by leveraging various channels such as calls, emails, social media, and networking events. — core initial responsibility
  • Present our AI-driven solutions while clearly articulating the value proposition through tailored product demonstrations.
  • Transition qualified leads into a consultative sales process by negotiating contracts, overcoming objections, and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build, nurture, service and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead generation and sales strategies while maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and providing regular sales performance reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or full-cycle B2B sales, preferably within the technology or logistics sectors, with a proven track record in both lead generation and closing complex deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems along with other sales enablement tools (Linkedin, Lusha, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI technologies or logistics solutions is a plus.
  • Highly comfortable with cold-calling, etc.
