Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue residential, commercial, and hospitality projects to drive business growth.
- Engage architects, developers, consultants, and interior designers to secure product specifications.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Plan and implement competitive sales strategies to achieve growth in sales and market share.
- Identify new opportunities in sanitary, bathroom, plumbing, and related sectors.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and events to promote brand presence.
- Handle project tender documentation, technical inquiries, and provide site support as required.
- Collaborate with clients to address product specifications, installation requirements, and site inquiries.
- Promote the company’s brand across market tiers, from mid-market to premium projects.
- Track sales, project pipeline, and customer engagement using CRM and reporting tools.
- Provide input for product development, marketing strategies, and monitor market trends.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in project sales, key account management, or distributor/channel management.
- Experience in sanitary wares, bathroom fittings, plumbing products, tiles, home improvement, kitchen solutions, or smart bathroom systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in engaging architects, developers, and consultants.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and project management skills.
