Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior RMO Analyst to lead firm-wide staffing and resource optimization across different sectors and capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs.
  • Develop long-term resource capacity plans.
  • Work closely with HR to advise on hiring, contracting, and skill development.
Project Staffing & Engagement Support
  • Lead allocation of resources across client projects.
  • Balance project needs with business development activities.
  • Serve as central contact for staffing and conflict resolution.
  • Drive optimization of billable utilization.
  • Produce reports and dashboards on utilization and resource alignment.
  • Analyze deployment trends for leadership insights.
Stakeholder & Talent Development Collaboration
  • Partner with People Team and Capability leadership.
  • Support performance review calibrations.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accuracy in resource management tools.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives.
  • Recommend innovative ways to optimize current team.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in resource management in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or PowerApps is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage staffing across multiple practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and resource management systems e.g. Planview, Clarity etc.
  • Familiarity with consulting engagement lifecycle.
  • Experience with global staffing is an advantage.
