A local culinary establishment in Singapore is looking for a skilled chef with 10 to 15 years of experience in North and South Indian cuisines. The successful candidate will prepare specialty dishes including tandoori, naan, and various South Indian recipes. Responsibilities include supervising the kitchen and training kitchen assistants. A collaborative spirit and strong culinary skills are essential for this role.
The candidate should have atleast 10 to 15 years of experience in preparing speciality dishes of North Indian and South Indian dishes varities like tandoori, naan, butter naan, tandoori chicken, malai kafta
chilly chicken, butter prawn, chilli prawn, vegitarian items like panneer masala, gopi manjuri, mutter masala, matton soup etc.He should also should be well versed in south indian dishes as well like fish molly, malabar mutton masala, vadai, uthappam, chetinad curry, sambar ,payasam chuttni varities, paper dosai, masala dosai etc.
Candidate sould be a team player and should do kitchen supervisory function as well. He should be capable to train kitchen assistants as well
