What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and attend job briefings
  • Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal database
  • Engage candidates with confidence and authenticity to deliver a great experience
  • Qualify talent effectively using our proven best-in‑class processes
  • Map out candidate markets—analyze team structures, competition, and talent pools
  • Guide candidates seamlessly through the recruitment process
  • Work closely with experienced account managers and a supportive sales team
