A leading gaming company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various game development teams. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or gaming, and will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to create effective talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The position is a 12-month contract with opportunities for growth.

A Recruiter at Riot is conversant with the craft of Recruiting and responsible for partnering with their business to champion, change, and guide the entire hiring process. We develop a deep understanding of teams and roles, manage partners, effectively pitch multiple roles, and serve as brand ambassadors for all Riot products. You will also contribute to the discipline of recruiting through process improvements and projects.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will work on technology & production hiring working within the Singapore Studio and partner with technical team leaders to build teams making games. You will work across several game teams of varying sizes to support their hiring needs primarily for technologists and game producers of varying seniority. Like us, you believe extraordinary Recruiters are part brand ambassador, part matchmaker, and part strategic partner. In this role you will be responsible for attracting top talent for Riot.
Finally, you’ll work with hiring managers to align their business’ needs with your sourcing strategies to present diverse and bountiful candidate pipelines to them. You will report to the APAC Recruiting Lead.
This will be a 12 Month Contract.
