Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.
• Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects.
• Including at least 3 years of experience in LTA’s project.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Contracts Manager.
• Prepare tender submission and handle progress claims.
• Liaise with consultants on certification of claims for payments.
