Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing contract administration and commercial duties across assigned projects.
  • Review contract terms and support risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Support tender evaluations, procurement, and subcontract negotiations.
  • Assist with variation orders, progress claims, EoT submissions, and final accounts.
  • Monitor project cost performance and prepare commercial reports.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams on contract matters.
  • Prepare and review contractual correspondence and documentation.
  • Support and mentor QS team members where needed.
